- Simulator Management Simulators are now fully controllable from inside Salesforce too! Simulators allow you to create simulated Things, to ease testing without the need for a physical IoT device & conditions. With the new Simulator Management console you have complete control over the simulated things, sensor values and modes of operation.

- Servitization Servitization is the ability to use IoT data to drive “outcome as a service” for your customers. By setting up a Servitization Plan, with both Usage and Uptime based items, you can automatically generate invoices / quotes for customers based on their use of your IoT connected assets.

- State Machine Editor Add State Machine calculated fields to Thing Types, allowing you to more accurately model the physical and logical behavior of your devices. Using the new editor, you can easily define stateful local variables, states & sub-states, and transitions. You can also access the current state and any local variable in any other Calculated Field or Alert Condition too.

- IoT Cloud Connector API For customers with their own IoT Cloud, we’ve now fully exposed the IoT Cloud Connector API to allow you to use the Bolt Data Connect Salesforce App with your own IoT Cloud by implementing a single Apex Class.
